TOCA in Action!

We have been meeting twice a month since we launched our initiative to create a community led safety centering research-based, proven methods. With the work and guidance provided by the work of The Denver Taskforce to Reimagine Policing and Public Safety we have put forth three community pillars to build safety: Healing and Empowerment, Community Intervention, and Community Power-Building.

This Saturday September 28, from 10:30 - 1:30 we will be unveiling TOCA and showing each pillar in action. We are meeting at Carla Madison Recreation Center and will have both in person and virtual attendance options. We are very excited to be teaming up with the Active Community Trauma Summit to present an interactive Healing and Empowerment segment. We will have both virtual and in-person attendance options.

We are excited to put our work into practice with your partnership and guidance. Be sure to RSVP to reserve your spot.
